Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dickson

I went to work for these guys about two or three months ago and have sat on writing a review. However, the more disrespect I have had to deal with from establishments such as this one recently has emboldened me to break silence. This was an atrocious place to work. It was so bad that at the end of only my third day hired on, I could take no more. At the end of my shift I told one of the managers that I would not be coming back. From the first day, I walked into a pit of resentment and disorder. The manager there, I think his name was Dustin something or another, was immediately rude and dismissive towards me. Then I find out there is a little "battle" going on between management at this location. Can't even get their house in order! Now I am caught in the middle. From there I dealt with people insulting me behind my back when trying to answer phones and learn their computer systems, as well as unwanted physical harrassement in the form of one lady touching the back of my neck even though I hadn't even met her yet. Here I was just trying to do my job. I almost chose not to write this review, but for anyone who has worked at a place where the people there wanted you gone and they let you know it, you know what I'm talking about: the games and passive aggressive attempts to make your day miserable. Yeah, that. Normally, I never have problems with Pizza Hut and have eaten their food many times. The problem is with the people being hired. Some of these people go out of their way to get you either fired or make you so miserable you don't want to stay. People like this cost people their jobs and livelihood. It is not okay. If I had my way I would fire the entire crew and start from scratch. The sad thing is that I have worked with pizza in my past and handled tremendous stress with three times the volume that this location encounters. I have worked doubles and even triple shifts. Yet, through it all I did everything in my power to show respect to customers and my fellow workers. The guys at this location would have straight choked with how busy we were. I like Pizza Hut and I don't imagine it is like this at all their locations. This one however is a blight on the company, a shameful example of the brand and what it should stand for. Dickson tn location is horrible,did not pick up phone after tring to call several times .When finally getting ahold of them they told me coupon that I have they could not deliver even though it said on coupon delivery so that along with the rude way they were speaking to me and not picking up phone first 2 times I called made me thank that maybe they jus didn't want to do any work that night or didn't have a proper management there since this wasn't the first time I had had terrible service out of them however this will be the last time I ever order from them because wat happend after ,so I still decided to order and jus pay full price because honestly my family and I was just very hungry .So when pizza finally got here a hour later I opened pizza and sitting right on top of it was a dead fly ,yea you heard right "dead fly" I couldn't believe it so I tried calling them back but for whatever reason could not get anyone to answer,So then I loaded my wife and kids up in my truck and drove there to bring back there pizza,when I arrived I told gave them the pizza back and asked for my money back .Then the so called manager told me he would not give my money back all he could do is get me another pizza or a credit for next time.i explained to him that we had already stopped and eatin on the way there and that after everything that had happened the last 2 times I had eatin and tried to eat there that I did not want credit he told me "Sorry for ur luck buddy"😡 I couldn't believe it.I will never eat there again when I was talking to him I was making me sick thanking I had eatin there before because I couldn't help but notice that his finger nails was extremely dirty.My kids love pizza hut so its really sad for them but after this we WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.Well atleast not at this location,if I could rate a...

I took my family here on 12/11/16 around 5:30pm. I am not usually one to complain, but this had to have been the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

There was us and about 5 other families in there. It wasn't packed, but it wasn't empty. We ordered drinks, breadsticks and pizza. We waited 15 minutes just to get our drinks. After waiting for an hour, we never even got our breadsticks and just as we were about to complain, another guest got up and walked into the kitchen to ask what the deal was. They were in the back standing around, playing on their phones and chatting amongst themselves.

5 minutes later, they came out with deep dish pizzas. The other family ordered large pizzas, and when they said they did not order deep dish pizzas, the waiter mentioned that "they were out of large pizzas". Their order also ended up being wrong. Overhearing this, we ultimately got up and left after an hour waiting for our pizza that never came.

Management (if it even exists at this location), just an FYI - it wouldn't hurt to run drug screenings on your employees. I won't ever be back and I would definitely not recommend this location to...
