Because Ozzy is one of the guys that makes the mattresses he was very informative about the material, and the life expectancy of them. I was looking for a mattress I could sit on the edges of and not have it wear out in a year. He stirred me away from the most expensive one, which I was liking, to one that had similar comfort but a different build. It was build in a way to withstand the edge sitting better than the one I liked. So, yeah, they don't really have a sales floor/show room. But you won't be disappointed with them.
