Me-n-Ed's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Dinuba

I ordered 5 large pizzas. However the Large Pizza's seemed to be more like stretched out medium size pizzas, they had bare minimum amount of toppings more like bread. The crust was extra thin and under cooked raw. The extra thick pepperoni was ordered with extra cheese and and was not provided. When brought to the attention of the crew manager at night, he was unprofessional sacarastically joking how he was able to see cheese on a pepperoni and said there it is, your extra cheese. I paid for the extra toppings and expected that. However I was served with this depressing meal. Crew manager was unprofessional and didn't care to make things right. Combination was missing several toppings that a signature Pizza should come with according to their menu. I asked for the previous Manager and the crew manager said "A___y is long gone" and he didn't care to redirect my complaint to someone higher. I am waiting for corporates response. This Dinuba location sadly does not offer any quality service or food. I don't recommend this location to anybody. If you happen to have any Me-N-Ed cravings drive elsewhere. But for here on out I recommend Woodlakes Pizza Factory. They don't lack toppings there and is way worth the drive. I had paid online and manager did not care to refund my money for there horrible Pizza. Hopefully nobody gets a food borne illness from this...

Staff did not listen to me on what I wanted for my order. Natalie was not friendly and missed a pizza on my order. Had to go back and order it. The salad was too small for the price and had a lot of cores in it. Kitchen was dirty as well as the tables and bar counter tops. This place needs a knowledgeable manager on duty that knows how to run a restaurant. Plus I ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff is stabbing it with the same stick as gluten pizzas. Told her I was allergic but again the staff didn't listen. I would say something to them but it will go unheard. I won't be able to eat my pizza. Waste of money here. My gluten pizza was burnt on edges and bottom and Hardley any toppings. My granddaughter pizza only had cheese in the middle. I got all the way home to find out I didn't get the 3 ranch dressing I bought. My son said the chicken tasted funny on his chicken garlic pizza and that it was not cooked all the way. There was raw dough in the middle. My 5 yr old took one bite of her cheese pizza and refused to eat it. Not a good place to eat. This is the Dinuba Me n Eds. Came home and threw away 80.00 worth of pizza. I live too far...

Ive only ordered there twice since ive Moved to dinuba.every time it was just a pepperoni pizza. NothIng fancy. Its took over an hour the first time, mind u i live on crawford right down the road. The second time. Which was tonight, i ordered pizza for my friends and i. For delivery. It was 848 to be exact. The worker said it would be 25 minute. 955 i call back and they say oh well delivery closed at 730. And if u want your pizza u can come pick it up. Didnt offer to give me anythIng for my trouble. Then proceeded to say she called me several times to let me know about the situation. Not one phone call was on my phone.. I will absolutely NEVER order from there again. I will be calling tomorrow morning. Its embarrassing when you have friends over and wanna order some pizza and then me n eds switches up without telling me. Literally cant say it anymore.
