Excellent Experience at RTP Dinuba We had a truly excellent experience at RTP Dinuba. Although we arrived slightly before the buffet was officially set up, the sole employee on duty greeted us warmly and proactively offered to prepare the buffet immediately, despite our early arrival. This level of attentiveness was greatly appreciated, especially considering she was already managing Togo orders and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Her dedication to customer service was exemplary. The restaurant's cleanliness was notable; the dining area was spotless, and the air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature. We also appreciated the presence of well-placed televisions and a good selection of quarter machines, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. if i could leave 0 stars i would today the manager kd or katie was so unprofessional she tried to close before a client even got there for something they called in for. she also knows no english and dont understand i had to scream for the employee of the month to help because she tried ti double charge on door dash order they wont make it with people who dont speak english ive never been so upset the manager and what i assume is her husband did nothing the entire time but stand there and mistreat the 2 men who were working im sorry to justin and the gentlemen wth the mustache who do all the work to be mistreated by a manager who is a know it all but has no clue what...

My family and I came in on June 5th to celebrate my niece’s graduation and there were only two young ladies working, Natalie Rodriguez and Melissa Muñoz. My family took up one whole side of the restaurant while a few other families took up the other half of the restaurant, so it was a full house! But these two ladies kept the food coming out in a timely manner, the whole time they were super friendly and kept smiling the whole night. I would have never guessed it was just the two of them working the way the both of them composed themselves with such a busy night. I really hope these two young ladies get the praise...
