Tian Tian Buffet — Restaurant in Dinuba

The tables are so close together I can hear their conversation or can feel peoples hair touch me over the booths, there are gnats on the sushi and cold foods. Kids running around touching the food and leave it behind and run off, yet the staff never ask the people to have their kids settle down. The utensils and cups are stained with scum caked on them they probably steam clean them but never scrub them properly. The carpet looks like a murder scene on it like it’s never been cleaned. The rice water for the steamed rice looks like it hadn’t been changed for the whole day. They don’t remove the poop from the shrimp yes you won’t die from it but it’s just nasty to me, I clean my shrimp properly before I cook it. My son said the ice-cream was whatever and the cookies and cakes were stale. I will not be coming back unless the place is cleaned and has better sanitation standards. I wish i could put 0 stars!!! Came to eat here tonight with my boyfriend, and as i was grabbing my food i noticed a fly in the mussels with cheese so i left it on the side out of the pan because i didnt know where the trash was expecting them to throw it away!! As any normal human bean would if they saw a fly in the food so we watched him notice the mussel and all he did was scrape the fly off and put the mussel back in and just changed the tongs 😷 me and my boyfriend instantly stopped eating. If they did this once how many other times have they done it? We confronted him and all he was saying was “yes yes yes” so nasty. Disgusting. The food is usually fairly fresh here but what absolutely bugs me and keeps me from bringing my family here ever again is the general uncleanliness of the entire place. I swear they've never had their carpets washed/cleaned because they look terrible and smell worse. Also, about 9/10 times I've been there, their plastic cups they serve all their drinks in have this little white stuff all around the rims you can easily scrap off with your fingernail. My wife pointed that out to me and it super grossed us out. And when I'd ask them for cleaner cups they usually can't bring me one they doesn't have that stuff all around the rims, gross.

I used to love the food here but these basic cleanliness things have ruined our chances...
