Food was great, but service was unbelievably horrid. From the moment my party walked through the door we were treated like an inconvenience. To top it off, BOTH of the people serving us stood close by opposite ends of the table and hovered over us while we were attempting to eat our food, making us extremely uncomfortable. At one point, we even heard our server speaking in a disgustingly derogatory manner about us. We immediately asked for our checks, paid, and left. Absolutely will NEVER be back. I wouldn't wish that experience on my worst enemy. They all need a lesson in customer service.

2/10 would not recommend if you have any food sensitivities or allergies don’t forget your Benadryl. Thank God, I have Benadryl in the car. I did not see on the menu that they put jalapeños on their nachos so I did not ask to have them taken off when originally ordered. I asked to leave the pico off because I know it has jalapeños and have it subbed out for tomatoes. They did that but when they brought the plate out and it had jalapeños on it, I told the server that I’m sorry I did not see that that was on the menu and that I was allergic to jalapeños asked him to fix it. The plate was gone for about five minutes came back looked exactly the same, except for without the jalapeños little bit of communication barrier when I asked him if this was a new plate I ate my lunch in about halfway through started having throat reaction. I’m pretty sure all they did was just take the jalapeños off the plate and serve me the exact plate back the waiter was nice except for the communication issue, but being a past server myself you listen when somebody tells you they have an allergy to something. Thank God, my allergy to jalapeños is more just like a severe intolerant and not something that...

We have tried this place in the past and weren't impressed but it's been through a couple name and owner changes.

The chips were a thin white corn variety and were quite good. The salsa was barely tolerable had an overpowering thyme or oregano taste.

My wife and I shared #77 I believe. It was a grilled chicken breast with cheese, mushrooms, & onions served with refried beans and rice. The grilled chicken was very tasty but the surprise was the awesome refried beans. The rice was above average too.

It waitress did well so service was nice and personal.

The only thing I would fix from this visit was the thymey oreganoey awful salsa.

We will probably visit again to try more menu items as we have been going to Gonzales in Homer or Ramirez in Bossier to get our Mexican fix, not being too happy with the options in Minden.

Update: Went yesterday and ordered the fajitas for one. My wife and I share this most places but here it wasn't enough food for 2 people. The fajita chicken was bland and dry. And the salsa continues to be some of the worst...
