Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Dixie Inn

This was the worst service ever! We waited over 25 mins when we only ordered a cheeseburger and pretzel. We are traveling all the way from Washington state to Florida. We booked a hotel in Mississippi so I could visit some family in Pensacola on the way to where I’m moving. So ridiculous. I thought fast food was supposed to be fast. We had to leave without our food because of how slow it was. I’m really upset because of course we paid and left without what we paid for because of how slow and their lack of work ethic. I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant take that long in my entire life. It’s so ridiculous! We never even tried sonic because there’s only like one in Wa I’ve even seen. But this made me never want to come back. If I had nothing better to do I wouldn’t mind but I also wouldn’t have chose fast food if I had endless time. Worst...

I've been here many times and recently stopped going. I like Sonic's food, it's on the way to work, so it's also convenient. With that being the case, it took a lot for me to stop going. The wait times are too long even if there aren't many customers, the employees taking my order often sound like they don't want to be there, I've waited several minutes between the time I've ordered to the time the pay screen comes up (I thought perhaps this was in order to reduce "service time" ... But that just me assuming). I gave them two stars - the first one being required, and the second one for the servers who bring the food to my vehicle. I haven't really had any...

Conditions were great at the beginning for me and my coworker we were told we would be accommodated simply need a room at the back end of the building brother it was a king suite or a double Queen well today on the second floor facing the front of the building in room 208 bad totally uncomfortable did not know if company truck had made it back because you cannot see it from that part of the building not enough towels and a lot of noise only be in the room for 10 hours a day 6 days a week hard to get quality rest from the noise.
