We had a complicated experience here. The primary reason we chose this spot was because we wanted a spot not far off I-77 to watch college football on a Saturday afternoon. There are soo many TVs, but the one and only FOH person - Sally presumably - was unavailable/unable/unwilling to change the channels. The dining room was lined with TVs (10+?) but only two different channels were actually on. She was initially busy with other patrons and orders, understandable, but we asked 3 times for football rather than ESPNnews Pinball, and were told in so many words she was too busy and other people were also asking for games. Well, all the other people left and she still didn't change anything. I would not recommend coming here if you want to watch sports.

However, I received the wrong burger and she handled that excellently, and she was clearly working hard. It might be better if Sally wasn't a one woman show and had enough time to respond to such requests - especially since we weren't the only ones asking - rather than, such as, giving another table lengthy directions to another location - it's 2025 and there was a young person at the table - they were certainly going to use GPS.

The burgers are apparently hand pattied daily, but they seemed mechanically formed to me. Otherwise, the food was as expected based on...

Ate here this evening based on reviews while traveling thru the area. My food was cold when it was served to me. Ordered boneless wings and housemate chips. Ordered MILD sauce . . . Took a bite and my eyes went to watering. I like spicy foods but I wasn't in the mood for spicy tonight. The mild sauce was blistering heat on your tongue. My husband saw my face and said did they put them in hot sauce? He tried one and his eyes started watering and said, that's got to be their hot sauce. Asked the waitress; said she will ask the manager. Took her 10 minutes to come back and said, no my manager said the mild sauce is actually quite spicy.

What?! You KNEW your mild sauce will bring tears to a person's eyes due to spice and didn't bother to tell a customer when they ordered it?! Not a mention of it on the menu either.

They did offer something else but I told them no because we had been there so long as it was.

And, then they CHARGED me for the meal after I told them that I couldn't eat the dinner due to the spice (and did not eat any of it save for the 2 bites). Waitress asked why I was mad at the end. I said yall charged me for a meal that I couldn't even eat and you KNEW I couldn't/didn't eat it.

Staffing. Big issue nowadays, this place seems to be struggling and issues are beginning to show.

Me and a work buddy stopped by on a Sunday at 11:45. We were told there was one server, a party of 13 that was just sat, and it would be a 15-20 minute wait for a table. Asked if we could sit at the bar, and the hostess said that was fine, but the bartender was kinda busy. Also, there was only one menu available for us to use. Kinda weird, but okay.

Bartender was in the weeds a bit, but we were patient and food, drink, and service were fine.

Two things I noticed: 1) dead flies on almost every horizontal surface (no live one's, but I stopped counting the dead ones when I reached 35); 2) the menu was held together with masking tape. At least the flies were dead, but I was kinda grossed out by the sheer number I saw. As for the menu, please order new ones printed and throw out the worn and torn ones. Also, have enough available for at least your twice the...
