I try not to write bad reviews. But seeing as no one else has reviewed like this opinion, it needs to be said. I have tried to like this place. I have been there 4 times, usually for breakfast. But every single time there has been no flavor. Gravy is supposed to be flavored. Bacon shouldn't be stringy. And what kind of sausage is that looking like a hot dog and whatever. No. This place sucks. And then at one of my attempts at having breakfast there, I tried to ask the waitress over so I could point out a problem calmly and quietly so it wouldn't be announced all over town. Well here I am trying to get her attention just to have her respond with "what" still three good table lengths away. There was a bandaid. Stuck to my plate. Yes it's the bottom where the food wasn't at. But still freaking gross. No I will not give this place another chance. Over priced. No flavor. And I don't know what kind of syrup that is, but really? No flavor. Stop watering down your stuff. It's gross. I honestly would have taken pictures of the stuff had I known I would be the only one writing a truthful review. Save your money. Or spend it anywhere else....

Great comfort food! The hot beef sandwich was exactly what I expected; sliced seasoned roasted beef on top of sliced white bread with a scoop+ of mashed potatoes covered in gravy. The chicken dumpling soup was very flavorful and delicious. This to-go order was prepared and ready before I could complete the payment. And a very fair price for a full-belly meal. I would highly receommend trying this local secret for a fair priced wholesome meal. I'm looking forward to trying one of their daily specials.

If there were an online ordering option it would make it convenient to explore more of their menu. I tried to call ahead but understandably didn't get through as they were attending to patrons in-house during the lunch rush. I'm looking for lunch options within 15 minutes from work and this is a great new (for me) option!

They accept most CC's but I didn't see AmEx...

My hubs and I went back for breakfast. They have the BEST pancakes. Syrup is icky. What bothered me was the meat sides. Our waitress never told us that they didn't serve pork. Instead, I received a hot dog instead of sausage and some weird kind of beef bacon. Very disappointing. Who serves a hamburger patty and a hot dog for breakfast. At least give ppl the heads up. Put a sign up or something. Breakfast is great but just know they don't...
