I am currently on a mission to find the best chips and salsa, lime margarita, and steak taco. Everything tried is rated on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the best.
Chips and Salsa: Chips seemed like they were going to be thicker, but when you bit into them, they were actually quite thin and airy. They were served warm, but were very bland. The salsa was herbaceous however there was no real flavor, it was kind of weird - 1
Lime Margarita on the rocks: This margarita is the holy grail of margaritas. It was served in a LARGE, frozen, terracotta mug. This was a great margarita! - 5
Steak Taco: Flavor: 1 Fullness: 5 Appearance: 3
This steak had zero seasoning/flavor.
Chorripollo - The chorizo had no flavor but spice. The saving grace to this dish was the chicken. The chicken had a nice char and had some seasonings added to it. The chicken made the dish appealing - 3 (only because of the chicken)
Steak Fajitas - This comes with a TON of food, however it is completely flavorless. The best thing with the whole dish was the refried beans, and they weren’t anything spectacular. - 1
Service - Our service was very nice and just had a smile on his face the whole time. He was very attentive. - 5
Pretty much everything here was extremely bland and flavorless. I looked around at the other guests and saw them all vigorously adding salt to basically everything they ate.

Read moreI ordered for takeout. Had to go back to pickup the missing consume and beans. I gave them a 4 because it tasted like the meat had been reheated for our takeout order. So the meat was over all dry on all the tacos. Their spicy salsa and limes saved the flavor and moisture they were lacking. I’ve eaten here once before and then I would have given a 4 because there was just way too much cheese on everything which isn’t what I am used to when it comes to Mexican food but I get it, you need to cater to the area.
For this takeout order we got the chicken, birria and steak/chorizo mix taco platters (3 taco orders total). Found it odd that the beans that came with the birria had hot dog slices in them. And the consume had a bit of a mild flavor compared to other places that use 2-3 types of chiles in their broth mix.
Had the meat not been dry and they had not forgotten the beans and broth for the birria it might have brought them up to a 4. Maybe next time I’ll eat at the restaurant? Try them out for dinner when they are busy and that changes it to freshly made vs what tasted like microwaved dry meat.
Saving grace was the rice and beans. Questioning if these are home made or from a can. But they’re solid for the area. And again the spicy...
Read moreI had a great experience dining here! The cuisine is absolutely delicious — every dish we tried was full of flavor and incredibly satisfying. The portions are generous, making it a great value for the price. It’s not often you find food that’s both tasty and filling without breaking the bank. One of the standout touches was the complimentary chips and salsa served with all meals. The salsa had just the right balance of spice and freshness, and the chips were crisp and perfectly salted — a great way to start any meal.
The restaurant itself is neat and well-maintained, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the place tidy and organized. The environment feels relaxed and family-friendly, making it an ideal spot for a casual meal with loved ones. Whether you're dining with friends or bringing the whole family, this place has a warm and inviting vibe that makes everyone feel at home.
Overall, this spot checks all the boxes: delicious food, fair pricing, great service, and a pleasant setting. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal and a good time. I’ll be coming...
