Kwk Crabs — Restaurant in Donaldsonville

The only place I can find live crabs by the dozen and not by the pound without having to drive to Westwego. The people are always really nice and they remember faces well. Its a family owned, family friendly establishment. Hot food is pretty good too. Their whole menu has a Very competitive price. They do a lot of business though. Unless you are going early in the day I would always call to verify what they have in stock before coming if it's after noon and you want to buy live. They have a lot of Facebook Give aways/contest too if you join their Facebook page. They do right by the community....

This was my first time going to this place. I received excellent friendly customer service, the crabs were not large but they were very full. Best price so far in this area for crabs $1.00 each. The shrimp were large but they only had head on for $5.99lb, I only purchased 2lbs. I will go back...

i\I've had nothing but good experiences whenever I patroned their business. Its's now my favorite place for boiled crabs, neck bones, and potatoes - which are excellent - and they always have crabs when no one else does!...
