Firehouse Subs 3rd Street Donalsonville — Restaurant in Donalsonville

I'd love to give this Firehouse a 5 star, but here's why I didnt: I've been to many Firehouse Subs, but this one doesn't really fill the sandwiches like the others do. Another thing was, I ordered the Steak and Cheese, which is basically a Philly. The onions and peppers were not cooked all the way, so in between cooked and not. It changed the sub so much I had to remove them to eat. My husband got the French dip sandwich, and same thing about the onions. They were difficult to eat.

We've ordered other subs and they taste great, but the toppings are definitely less than the Firehouse Subs in Bainbridge and others I've been to. Otherwise everything else is fantastic. Great location, and definitely well needed in...

Normally pretty good but last night I orders the Italian sub. It was a sloppy mess. The manager noticed how bad it was. I think she scraped some of the sauce off in the trash can. After she took it from the girl that was making it. And it still made its way to me. Rather than remaking it witch kinda seemed like that would have been the thing to do. But I was super hungry so I ate it. The other problem was there was very little meat on it. I think alot of that went in the trash with the sauce though. On March 31, Monday afternoon, I ordered two sandwiches with I didn't look them over intill I got home , the first on was an engineer , the so called turkey on it was from a cheap lunch meat package not the deli cut turkey the whole sandwich was terrible, trash it went , French dip.had hardly any meat on it , you would think the price of these sandwiches it would be perfect, I did call and complain they offered to refund it...
