Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Donalsonville

08/16/16 Went there to eat today. Was terrible experience EVER ! first walk on the floor I said to the girl working this floor is DIRTY, someone is going to fall. response was... yea I know maybe needs mopping. After eating my plate of 2 slices pizza and spoon of pasta ( WITH PLASTIC FORK), I look at the ceiling and there was hole in the roof and sheetrock hanging, look like the roof blew up. The ac blowing out of this open hole out of ceiling, with the paper on the back of sheetrock look like mold all over. BLOWING ON THE PIZZA BAR ! the floor was so slippery anyone could fall. there was an adult that almost fell and a child that did slide down. When I went to pay I asked the 2 girls working why would this be ok? Both said someone from corporate said it was ok. I told her an inspector would not say it was ok.. I in turn ask why they do not have silverware? Answer was.." It's to dirty for my customers to eat out of, if I wont eat out of it. Just what I wanted to hear.. feeling sick ! Order would have to be correct- I ordered cheese sticks for my boys instead of a whole pizza because they also wanted wings. They were out of cheese sticks and was not alerted to this until reached window. So I had eight wings that were icy cold with a small amount of cold sauce on them. I live five miles from the store. No one ever said they were sorry or offered any type of apology just they would send a correction in for my card. This was after sitting in a car line for 25+ minutes. Ordered a brownie and sides of cream cheese icing - the boys think it’s an option since the rolls taste like rubber- did not get the icing.. sat in a line of cars 25 minutes past the pick up time looking at a nasty parking lot, left without food that was ordered and an oh well attitude by staff. Living in a small town can with 4 or 5 restaurants can be challenging. But, Pizza Hut in Donalsonville is AWESOME! Their manger (Mr. Victor) and employee (Ms. Samantha) is two wonderful people whom I met that provides great customer service to their customers.
