Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Donna

I stopped by to order a pizza and was received by Deilah (the name on the receipt) and she was just a straight liar. While ordering the pizza I ordered wings, she asked what flavor dipping sauce and I said I had never been given sauce and if it was included. She said she would just throw it in, but later said they were "just .50 cents each". After paying I noticed the pizza was $17.99 and a coupon for $8 was applied, so I went back and asked about that. She said the pizza was 17.99 but I was given $8 back. After I said that it would make the pizza that I ordered for $7.99 actually $9.99. She said that she had mentioned it to managment because it was happening often. Already frustrated with her I said I wanted my money back so she went to the back and told the manager, " man this guy found out how we've been scamming the customers, this guy wants his money back". The manager came to the counter and asked me a few questions and said she put down 3 toppings instead of 2. So I said that's her fault and to either give me the extra charge back or a full refund. I received my refund but not a peep or sense of remorse from the female. Other than that the food was good although it took quite a while to get it. While she works there, this Pizza hut will not get...

Currently at Pizza Hut right now, we arrived at 4:05pm and it it is 5 pm and I have not gotten my food. There was no one to greet us or sit us down so we sat down by ourselves. And in the whole hour we were here not one person came by to ask if we needed anything or tell us how much longer we had to wait. I can even see them talking and laughing in the kitchen. Horrible service… wouldn’t even give one star. Update on how it went, we went and asked and she said that there was an order before ours and it was annoying because they were instantly attending and giving orders to the carry out customers without even an ounce of care for the ones inside. When we got our order there was no clarification for the wait. They messed up our order too … and then she just went back to playing in the kitchen with the cooks.I’m not one to be a Karen about service but this was just plain horrible. I could care less about customer service and the fact I’m writing this says a lot....

I do not dislike this place. I'm giving it one star.... The only star I give it is because the food was actually good and delicious. The reason I rated one star is because I waited for an hour and a half just for one pizza and two bottles of 2 liter Pepsi. It is by far the longest record I have had to wait for a pizza. To top it off they were giving me the wrong order from another customer. On this day there was two locations open for Pizza Hut and STARS. THE REST OF THE RESTAURANTS WE'RE CLOSED DUE TO NO POWER. AFTER HURRICANE HANNA. On this day I ordered the pizza there was a very very very long line. They were doing curbside service but then they stopped because there was too many people in line waiting to take...
