Taqueria Molcas — Restaurant in Donna

My food is usually very delicious and giving to me on time. However, today they made me wait 20-30 mins for a meal, after cashier realize they forgot to give my ticket to the cook! My order was not to my expectations and the 2nd cashier helping the front end was saying that’s how the order is knowing damn well she would have not eaten that nasty food he brought out. She was stating at the food with disgust. I don’t think carne deshebrada is dry meat, so yes! I recommend they change things around here when management is out! Starting with the cook, or get it together when providing a customer service. The girls on the front end needs to be answering the phones properly and not making me wait 5-6mins on the phone while taking another customer order. then to hang up on me. (Rude) & They all need to be delivering this great customer service this place is known for. Employees need to work together to get orders out on a timely manner and take action when the cooks messes up and not brush it off but...

Wow! Today was out first time we came here and it was DELICIOUS!!!! 😋 I ordered a corn tortilla combo with bistec and my husband got a regular taco order, but we both added cheese and avocado.

First, you place your order at the register, but then, there's someone that brings your drinks, food, and checks on your table. He was nice.

We got our charro beans first, SOOO GOOD!! I'm pretty picky because I love beans and there were perfect. The beans were soft, and they had just the perfect "kick" which is perfect if you don't like them super spicy. The tacos were so flavorful! They use two corn tortillas and they actually taste like the street tacos from Mexico. 😃 Torally recommend this establishment... except... they may have dropped to 4.5 stars because they charged 25 cents for a mini to-go box. 😜...

There have been several times we had a bad experience and multiple times drive thru where they get the order wrong but we don't like to drive back to tell them they messed up our order. I'm not the one to complain but honestly today was just too much. The customer service sucks. When they make mistakes in your order they don't correct it they blame you for the mistake. I passed it the couple of times but what upsets me they never own up to there mistakes and fix them. It's ridiculous that it has been more than once. They need to work better with customer service and own up to...
