The Blend coffee house — Restaurant in Dora

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review…it really does. However, I feel compelled to share my experience at this location, where, on two separate occasions, I attempted to place an order, but each time, I left without making a purchase.

During both visits, I spent approximately 15-20 minutes waiting as the next car in line, and you’re probably thinking, “that’s not so bad for a drive thru,” except the issue isn’t that my order took too long, my issue is that I was never even able to reach the window to order at all?!?!

In my most recent attempt, after waiting and waiting, I thought it might be easier just to go inside, only to discover that it is a drive-thru only location. Looking through the glass front of the location, I saw an employee behind the counter (who did not acknowledge my presence), as well as another staff member sweeping (who looked me directly in the face, looked annoyed, and went back to slowly cleaning up). Neither employee offered assistance or even informed me that it was a drive-thru only service, nor did they appear to be doing anything at all related to getting an order out to the car at the ordering window.

I appreciate the efforts of staff who are working diligently, but I find it disappointing when there is a lack of urgency or respect for customers' time. I believe that improved service and clearer communication would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. I hope that management can address these issues to ensure that future patrons receive the attention and service they deserve. If I have tried multiple times to spend money at your establishment and left due to wait times, I assure you there are others that have done the same. Thank you for considering...

I was visiting my grandson and while in town I found this coffee shop! Absolutely love it and the coffee was amazing! The scripture on my cup that was hand written had me in tears! God knew I needed that this day! I will be back...

I’ve always been a Starbucks or Dunkin girl but when I tell You they do NOT compare to The Blends coffee & service. 100%. During hard hard moments in life the hand written Bible verse has been life saving so...
