Barlovento — Restaurant in Dorado

They serve amazing food when open, but are currently under construction. Encanto and Panela are good alternatives at the moment but I am very excited for the construction to be complete.

They have delicious wraps, burgers, fries, salads, seafood, and more available. There is also a bar with sports playing on TVs often! You are also very near the beach if you would like a great view or a beach walk.

Parking can be difficult as you have to first be a member of DBE and second walk about an eighth of a mile if you parked in a car. If you have a golf cart in the neighborhood I would definitely recommend using that.

Highly recommend as a restaurant whenever they reopen after...

Barlovento is outstanding!!! What a wonderful experience. Ocean views, music playing, cool breeze, beautiful renovation, welcoming service, and food that hits just right! The guacamole and Tajin seasoned chips were superb. The nachos were great! The ceviche was amazing! The beer battered fish tacos took me back to Baja Mexico….just kicked up a notch. The churrasco with chimichurri was a standout. The char on that steak was amazing coupled with the seasoning and chimichurri...

I really enjoy eating here. I used to come here a lot, but now the restaurant is under construction and will be for about a year. If you ever go there after and they keep the same menu, I would recommend the wrap or the sweet...
