We ate there several times. The sushi are some of the best I’ve tried in Puerto Rico. It sure is more expensive than most places but don’t forget you’re at the Ritz and that it is difficult for any restaurant to get fresh high quality raw fish as what you’ll eat here. Food in Puerto Rico is expensive overall due to importation taxes The service is fast, waiters and waitresses are nice especially the tall bald waiter - I didn’t get to ask his name- and Francesca at the bar. The view is amazing from most tables of the restaurant. The decoration is great. Id recommend the sushi and sashimi, the Korean fried chicken bao and for the desert, the banana rolls! Those were my favorite out of all the things we’ve tried.

Amazing dinner and experience at Positivo. What a great way to end a weeklong vacation in Puerto Rico. We were staying at a resort down the road but had 2 amazing meals at the Ritz Carlton. Food, service and atmosphere were all amazing. Try the San Dan Noodles, Thai Beef Salad and all the sushi rolls were amazing. Finish year meal with no honor a homemade ice cream collie sandwich. The black sesame ice cream was tasty. My only warning is prices are very high. Hard to have a meal much under $100 person even without alcohol.

Love to stop here during time at the resort and the views and aesthetic are unmatched, especially at sunset. Giovanni was a phenomenal bartender, creating our favorite drinks of the night across all the locations we tried here on the resort, giving us awesome recommendations for around the island, including in my family's home town of Ciales, and just being a great host to us. Was very impressed by his craft and knowledge. Food was also excellent when we dined here at our last visit. Will be back again asap!

As a 20 year Dorado Beach resident and club member I find myself always confused as they constantly change the rules regarding the club member access to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. I have been in the position where i'm denied service or access to the restaurants, especially for breakfast. It has come to the point where I was singled out and profiled in public for eating here even though I was brought as a guest by my aunt who was staying in the hotel for TWO weeks (she was allowed up to 5 guests). I felt personally attacked because they did not even bother to check the my aunt's guest account before they assumed I was sneaking in. Another club member and his family were eating there as well and they were not questioned or singled out, even though they were not guests in the hotel. I have never been treated with such disrespect, unprofessionalism, and poor service (especially in a top-service resort like the Ritz Carlton that prides itself in its mission: "Ladies and Gentlemen treating Ladies and Gentlemen"). This has happened in multiple occasions (before and after the pandemic) and being treated like a second class citizen has become the norm for me and my family. Although I understand the hotel is for the guests, rules and regulations should be followed and not constantly changed by the Hotel Management as they please. They should have standard club member policy. Do not recommend...

My girlfriend and I just had a great experience for dinner here. Aside from the great service and hospitality that one would expect at a Ritz Property, this restaurant has to be one of the best we've been to. I will start with the service. Our server was Christian, and he was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Aside from basic menu and service conversation, we had great conversations about the island, various alcohols, and just things in general. His assistant Alexander was also quite friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. We also had great conversations about the island, the hotel and restaurant business, local economics, and whatever topics you could imagine. It was a very friendly atmosphere and we were very pleased with the down to earth and friendly treatment. The food was also amazing. We asked both Christian and Alexander for recommendations and took all of their recommendations. We loved everything they recommended. If you come here, definitely ask for them. Great food and...

From the moment my wife and I entered to the very end was the pinnacle of customer service. The valet driver was attentive and welcoming and even walked us to the restaurant. We were greeted by Amanda at the front desk to the sand bar and she not only was polite but gave us insights on some hidden gems on the island and talked to us about some of her favorite things to do while we were her. David our waiter was full of joy and very passionate about not only Puerto Rico but about us enjoying our experience. He was knowledgeable on the menu and we ordered every single one of his recommendations (the fire cracker maki as well as the wagyu noodles were top tier and must haves for sure amongst a few other items we ordered)

Over all this was my first experience at place like this and if don’t go while visiting PR then you are truly missing out. Wish I could give this more...
