Green Apple Truly Healthy — Restaurant in Doral

I had the most bizzare experience at this place, "FAMILY run BUSINESS" two weeks ago we went to try it out, we waited for 25 minutes and the place was empty (There were two customers sitting down), at the counter I was quite pleased to find out they were Venezuelan, I asked the waitress her name, (definitely not a firendly place), not got her name, 25 minutes and I got my meal, here is the best part, the coffe came COLD, we had to ask twice for the coffe to be replaced, we paid and left, three days ago,we had another meeting and we went back in , again the coffee was cold and a basic drink took 15 minutes with only 7 people in the place including customers, I wanted a chocolate cake and as I was paying I dropped the cake, they all stood still and nothing happened cake was left in the floor no questions a total disgusting silent, last night I called the owner and explain from my stamp point what happened, and guess what after all apologise (yesterday) Paul calls me and starts rating on about a family own business and wherever I have got family etc, This is a typical example of "excuses" and excuses", like another lady wrote in the reviews about the carrots, this place needs a lot to learn about...

This was one of my favs to eat healthy, delicious and vegan… until last Friday that I had a really unpleasant and disrespectful moment with my breakfast when I ordered the vegan chick’n quinoa arepa, which I’ve ordered multiple times before, but I found out on the first bite they put a real chicken in my arepa… it was really disturbing because it couldn’t be a mistake since you can tell the difference and there’s none arepa in the menu with same ingredients but real chicken… anyways, I went that afternoon to talk to the manager with proof on hand, to let them know what the people in the kitchen are doing to its customers but he wasn’t there, they told me he was going to be there the day after during morning hours so I went back without success, and the people who was working in that moment didn’t give me a professional treatment, they were really rude… so ashamed, this used to be a really good place! SUMMARY, IF YOU’RE VEGAN, I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND YOU TO ORDER...

Second time coming here and I think I will give it a one more time and if I don’t feel welcomed again that’s it.The employees need to show a more welcoming environment . The place was totally empty at 5:30 pm and the employees didn’t even showed a smile for having a least one costumer in there ..the food is ok healthy I guess but the service needs another type of input .. I don’t say make a party but at least be more approachable .. we tried to say thank you and good bye before leaving and they took so long to acknowledge even though there were not costumers and they have a ring at the door that tells them someone is in or out .....
