We use to eat here a couple times a week for breakfast and lunch at our work and sometimes take home for supper but the last couple of times for breakfast we order big blts only to find out they have no tomatoes.they need to improve the cold mocha coffee as it taste like chocolate milk no coffee taste at all. But what got me was we stopped by a few days ago I always oder the same three plates one white meat only one thighs only and one chefs choice. I told them please check as last time we order it this way the thigh plate was a wing and breast and my friend does not eat white meat. The cashier acted like I was telling a fib was rude. I didn't ask to replace the food just asked that they got the thigh plate right. So she hands me my bags and tells me she checked I said ok thank you got home and to our surprise no edible meat on any plates chicken was so dry and dark from sitting under heat lamps. how do you do that. You don't ? and I was told they were checked. Bad Cashier is all I got to say. So if this keeps happening then we might have to drive alittle out of our way but that's what we will do. Read moreI waited in a long line for drive thru, which is fine. I ordered my food after being prompted and heard nothing for several seconds when a girl came on speaker giggling and asked that I repeat my order so I did, grilled chicken salad, extra chicken, ranch dressing, chicken tender combo with mashed potatoes and gravy & honey mustard. I get back to my office and even though I was charged $2.99 for extra chicken I did not get it also no ranch and no honey mustard. I called, no answer, drove back to the restaurant and showed them my salad asking if it had extra chicken. They said oh I remember that, no she did not add it. I also explained about my sauces and said can you also please give me a little more bacon. She said she would have to charge me for that. I said, "oh, after I had to drive all the way back! Well never mind then. I won't darken the door of that particular Jack's again. I understand the food industry has a staffing shortage but that was ridiculous.

Read moreFirst time visit. Went for breakfast in drive thru. They didn't take order at speaker for some reason, but rather pulled all the cars around to do it, even though speaker worked. Even though there was a line the workers socialized with the car in front of us. We had 2 small orders (1 biscuit & a coffee & 3 biscuits & a sweet tea). Both orders were incorrect. We resolved it at the window fairly quickly, but the workers seemed distracted which caused the error in the first place. The food & tea was good, but tea was so freshly made & hot that the ice was already melted & still warm. My gf coffee wasn't good. Overall it seemed like the franchise has potential & the workers probably knew what they were doing but the job was so easy to them they just didn't care so the overall quality suffered & the details were sloppy.
