Goldiggers Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Double Springs

Okay, so we called ahead of time, 5:15pm, to confirm they were open. (closing at 7:00pm). Drove 30 minutes and arrived at 5:45pm. We walked in and the Bartender said sit anywhere; so we sat on the balcony. Then we literally sat at the table, twiddling our thumbs for about 10 minutes and no one came at all... Note, there was only 2 other tables occupied out of the entire resturant. Therefore since we could even ascertain a server, assuming because they didnt want to take on a table and hour before closing, we just got up and left. What a waste of time! Overall the ambiance seemed nice and we would have liked to try it out, but the ZERO STAR service killed...

We came here once a year ago and ended up leaving because we sat there for 20 minutes with no greeting or nothing (it’s self seating here). Decided to give it another try again and we definitely shouldn’t have. The 2 stars is for the food only, except NO SERVICE if you come here. Took another 15 mins to get our menu and a greeting. We ordered our food and were never spoken to again. We asked for refills but they never came back but to give us our check. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be back. It should also be noted we were not here during a busy time, there were only a couple other tables so it’s not like...

Waited 1 hr for food and it came out cold so we sent it back got wrong orders on the re cook and was charged for stuff we didn't order. Horrible service and food it was Sunday afternoon and was only about 20 people in the place. Worst $160...
