You wouldn't expect to find such an amazing experience in little Douglas Wyoming but here it is. If you are traveling its well worth the detour to come here.. Having traveled some and trying mexican food from all over California, New Mexico, Texas, and the Midwest i havn't eaten at such a delicious and authentic Mexican restaurant as the Ramos Cafe. The staff cares and works hard to get everything just right every time. I ate to my hearts content and then some, every bite being the best even when I had no room. The jackolope and California burritos are delicious and more than worth the price. The adobada is always juicy and is definitely my favorite. The deserts are so good and not too sweet. Truly a diamond in the rough 6/5.

My first visit I just asked Siri where there was a good place to eat close it picked up this facility! I’ve never been here! Right away it’s a cafĆ© with a Mexican theme, hamburgers, chicken, fried steak, and of course, Mexican food. I ordered the cheese enchilada plate smothered with a green sauce and it came with beans and rice. I will give that a five out of five stars, was very good not too spicy, and they do bring some red and green sauce to put on top if you like it spicier. I foolishly ordered a bean and cheese burrito on the side. The thing was huge. Only had a couple of bites that will be going home! Also gave me an iced tea to go and I need to go cup. Thought that was very nice, highly recommend I will be back.

Okay for been smaller town like this definitely is better that any other Mexican concept restaurant Food was okay ,my steak was to dry and was pass temperature, bake potatoes it was microwave (really hard to eat ) I probably catch them in the wrong night The plating and restaurant atmosphere is so nice and clean definitely worth trying ,service was great and great people to get along Thumbs up šŸ‘ for this new born restaurant I hope it grows to be signature staple of the town Ohhhh I almost forgot šŸ˜…the desert was awesome I am 100% the flan it was homemade so don’t miss out on that

Five-Star Review for Ramos Cafe

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the moment I stepped into Ramos Cafe, I was enveloped in a warm, inviting atmosphere that perfectly sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience. The decor is charming yet unpretentious, creating a space that feels both comfortable and sophisticated.

The menu at Ramos Cafe is a culinary treasure trove, showcasing a remarkable array of flavors that reflect a deep respect for authentic cuisine. Each dish I sampled was not just food; it was a celebration of taste. However, the standout stars of my visit were undoubtedly the burritos. These masterpieces are not merely wrapped tortillas; they are a harmonious blend of fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned proteins, and vibrant flavors that dance on the palate. Each bite left me craving more, a testament to the skill and passion of the chefs behind the scenes.

What truly elevates the experience at Ramos Cafe is the impeccable customer service. The staff is not only attentive but genuinely enthusiastic about ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to make recommendations reflects a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience. It’s rare to find a place where the service matches the quality of the food so seamlessly.

In conclusion, Ramos Cafe is a gem that deserves every bit of its five-star rating. With superior food, amazing customer service, and the best burritos I’ve ever had, it’s a destination I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable meal. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make it a priority to indulge in the culinary delights of Ramos Cafe—you won’t be...
