On November 6th, I had ordered food for pick up online. It was #611 (for the store's awareness). And it said on the app that it would be ready at about 10:20am. I live pretty close to this wawa so I usually wait until the app tells me it is ready for pick up and I waited and waited and all it said was "order will be ready soon." So when I walked into the store, it was about 10:40am already. There was no Barcode for me to scan on the app either which is odd and shouldn't happen. The cashier who rung me out was helpful and did it manually, he also walkied' to his coworkers in deli that I was paying. Now I have been waiting by the deli for a very long time, and they are already on order 800 something. I ask the deli worker, the girl with the piercings and tattoos where my order is and that it should have been ready at least 20 minutes ago. She looked at a brown paper bag that was sitting towards the edge of where the kitchen is (not really reachable for customers) and also with the number label facing the opposite direction from me and pushed it over to me. I told them that I was waiting for awhile and also the app never told me it was ready. She didn't even provide a decent excuse. They saw me waiting up front by the counter for at least 10 minutes, they never repeated the orders that were ready, they didn't listen to the cashier, and they must have already printed out the receipt for my order before it was picked up. They just blatantly didn't care. As a former employee, I know that everything could have been easily avoidable. Especially if ONE single customer is standing there for awhile. I'm not happy about my experience at all and I hope you hire and retrain employees to be more thoughtful and actually follow protocol. I ended up leaving the store at 10:54am when my order said it would be ready around 10:20... That's completely...

I didn't see my order on the pickup rack so I decided to order a smoothie. I pay and begin to wait for my orders. My smoothie gets done first so I begin to drink it while waiting for the order I made online. About 10 minutes later I check my order's progress and it says that it's done so I ask an employee if my was done/where it was. She remembered making my order and looked for it to no avail. She said that someone must have taken it by mistake and offered to remake it. About 10 minutes later it was ready a solid 50 minutes after I ordered it and 30 minutes since I arrived at the store. Frustrated I asked another employee if I could be reimbursed/compensated for the inconvenience and he said that "It was an inconvenience to the store to remake your order.". After a bit of back and forth he decided to look for a coupon for me but 5 or so minutes later he shows up with two 20 fl oz bottles of Milo's Sweet Tea and offers them for my troubles. Being done with this whole fiasco, I took one and told him to have a good day. The tea felt like an insult to me and my family's time for having me wait almost an hour for what should have been less then 5-10 minutes. This is my first and last time ordering Wawa online. I ordered a smoothie with protein and got a chicken sandwich with pickles for my sonā¦ā¦..I finally get my food, itās always busy there, my smoothie is full of ice. Chopped ice. I drank it. But it wasnāt what I ordered at all!!! I didnāt ask for an icee. I wanted a smoothie Now when I picked up my sonās sandwich in a flat box. I asked. Is this a chicken sandwich. They said yes. So I took it. Not looking at it. Until I got home it wasnāt even a chicken Pattie. It was two tiny strips of chicken on panini bread with Mayo and pickles. Wtf is this. I didnāt ask for panini. Nor did I ask for snack wrap size chicken and only two pieces at that. $15 dollars down the drain!!!!!! What is going on wawa. You used to be a good go to for dinner. Meanwhile while standing there. They called another customer over saying they were out of burgers. But it was they were out of rolls.
So ask me next time what I want. Just donāt make whatever you want to and think I would be ok with it!!!!!! I would have gotten my son something else. Plus a different real smoothie. Because for the first time ever trying it. Iām not so sure I ever will from there again. Yuk...
