Terrible!! Asked for light onions on my sub and I got a whole lot of onions on it. Burger was dripping with blood, and frozen!! Staff was horrible! A blond hair girl was terrible talking about a coworker saying Terrible stuff but then went and acted goody goody with her to her face! Then I got mushrooms on the side and they couldn’t even figure out how to do that. So the next day I figured I’d go in again and give them a chance through call in I got a mozzarella stick and they gave it to me while it was cold. And then I took a bite of my cheesesteak I ordered and it was covered in grease that I had to eat it over the sink. So me being me I went again and gave them a third chance I walked into the bathroom and it reeked of waste. Then I went to get a drink and the birch beer was out! I asked someone to fix it and it took twenty five minutes. Then I ordered a cheeseburger sub and once again it was dripping with blood and it was frozen in the center!! They need new staff or to shut down because I gave this place countless chances!! Would give zero stars if it...

Went to this local place for the first time in Many many years. Our Pizza and salads were delicious and the girl who took our order as great.. however there was another very loud gal with dark hair working behind the counter who was extremely loud and did nothing but shout complaints whether it be about customers or fellow employees or just about anything else she could complain about stating she was having a nervous breakdown from the stress. Etc!! I have to tell you as a Customer I found this very disturbing and a disappointment dining experience and I was also with my 81 year old mother who was a lot shocked and taken back by this girl's loud outbursts and attitude.. You shouldn't be acting like that EVER in front our customers period. There is no accuse for an employee to ever act like that when customers are in your restaurant and it really ruined our dining experience Monday at 5pm!!
