After our cake being put under a completely different name than what was given and told they didn't have it at first, we cut into it at home only to realize it was not what we ordered at all. Just wanted a plain chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. Got a chocolate cake with banana filling and not vanilla butter cream but almost a super light whipped cream frosting. Also asked for no decorations and just a plain cake and got a chocolate drizzle, with a white design and strawberries on top. Wondering if we were given someone else's cake... Giving 2 stars because we got the empanadas and those were good. Bakery wise, would not order...

I usually buy here bc it’s nearby to my house, I think it’s really fresh and tasty. But I often hear a lot of complains from customers about the staff. Today I experienced that, I asked one simple question, “is this fresh?” I meant if it was out of the kitchen at least within an hour. She literally saw her coworker and open the eyes, start laughing and responded very rude saying she didn’t know. Please just make sure you trained your workers to be RESPECTFUL when a client is asking a very simple question.
