Had a menu that came to me in a pamphlet at the post delivers with the inserts of many other companies. I ordered the pizza and mentioned the coupon the three dollars off of anything $17.99, an employee named Mike gave me a hard time and accuse me of lying about the menu and even asked me to send him a text message with pictures in it. Reluctantly he gave in and completed the order and I gave a $5 tip for the delivery driver to have them put it on the credit card also. Total should have been about $23.99 or whatever. Disgruntled with the employee named Mike who gave me a lot of flack for 20 minutes arguing, I want to talk to the store owner named Hany. When I got there he "appeared" to be understanding said that his employees shouldn't have talked like that. I showed him the menu that I brought with me and he took it into his care and said for future reference this menu was not something we know about. Went home and the next day or two, noticed the credit card was charged $27.23. In other words they never applied to coupon and I called the on her back and again for 20 minutes, tried to present the ethics of customer service to this guy and how $3 shouldn't I've been honored and the pizza delivered if there's something wrong with the communication or that I would agree or disagree with it, but they delivered it. I had my credit card company flagged their companies fraud so no more charges can be placed. Told the credit card company there should be 23.99, not 27.23. I'm perfectly happy to honor the charge of the $23.99 but not the...
Read moreBuyer beware. I placed my order over the phone at 6:43pm. It arrived, ice cold at 8:10pm. I called at 7:57pm inquiring about where my food was. They informed me that they were about 1.5 hours behind with all deliveries but that my food would be warm when it arrived. IT WAS NOT. They told me I should have asked how long the delivery time was but the girl hung up on me right after I gave CC number. They called me at 657pm telling me they had no sub rolls left so I agreed to a wrap. They didn't mention the delayed delivery time then either. Then the delivery driver got lost! In this day and age with technology and GPS! Not to mention they've delivered to my home before. When the food arrived it immediately felt cold. The wrap wasn’t closed and when I unwrapped the packaging it fell apart as soon as we tried eating it. No extra hot sauce on side as we had requested. We ordered a GF pizza - it was not cut evenly, cold, and cheese already solidified! When GF pizza crust gets cold, it becomes hard as a rock. The large pizza we ordered was about the same, clearly sitting around for a while after cooking. Cold and cheese solidified. Extra crispy french fries - cold, soggy and burnt. Terrible, simply terrible service all around. They used to always have my business but NO MORE. And I will tell everyone I know in the Dracut/Lowell area to avoid...
Read moreDon't waste your time calling in a phone order here. They will not start making your order until you arrive for some reason. Past 3 times I placed an order here they told me 15-20 minutes for a pizza and a side order. All 3 times when I arrived after 20-25 minutes they asked for my name for the order, and then asked for my payment then told me another 10 minutes because they still had yet to cook the food. Smh. This time before I paid; I asked if the food was ready?? I was in total disbelief when he told me it still had to be cooked. This is the only restaurant that I know of that will take a phone order, and not cook your food until you arrive. I had to walk out today because I couldn't wait for them to start cooking my food. That's why I ordered it 25 minutes before I arrived. I felt bad doing this, but I just couldn't wait... This restaurant is under new ownership, within the past 6 months or so. The food wasn't bad the previous 2 times I had to wait for my food, but definitely pricey like most restaurants are now. I won't be back here because I just don't have the time to wait and see if or when they want to...
