Brothers Sports Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Dracut

I’ve been to this place three times and have had three bad experiences. From what I’m told, it’s supposed to be a good spot but I don’t see how anybody could think that. The first time I went, I had some drunk man that was yelling explicit language at the TV because he didn’t like the Bruins. The staff never said a word even though there were children sitting about 20 feet away. The second time I went, there was a large fan blowing right at me because “the liquor bottles in the storage room would shatter if it wasn’t turned off.” I’ve worked in a bar and I have never once seen liquor bottles shatter because a fan wasn’t blowing on them. The third time, I was told that I could not have another drink because they have a limit they are allowed to serve (apparently five?) I ordered five drinks and was completely coherent. I was with three other people who were extremely surprised because I was denied another, especially since there was a woman being held up by a man because she drank so much that she couldn’t walk outside as we left. I waited for the man to get her outside patiently. Once they finally made it, she proceeded to hang her drunk body against the window of the same place I was just shut off at as the friendly man apologized and said “sorry, she has had way too much to drink tonight.” I then got in my car and drove home. I’ll never go to this place again. Even if I was allowed to drink as much as I wanted, the server only came about every 30 minutes....

I order from here multiple times as it is close and conveniently located near my hoMe. If I could give less stars I would. Customer service is horrible. You wait on hold for awhile, the people who answer the phone are young and unprofessional and all have an attitude when calling. It feels as if I am inconveniencing them when I call. Every time the order takes an hr to be done. Delivery is even worst. Out of all the times I have ordered almost every time something comes incorrect. I have had to ask them to fix my food order multiple times. I complained once and spoke w owner and he didn’t careless about what I was saying. I am done ordering from here. They need better people to run it. And definitely better staff who are more polite and welcoming over the phone, who also listen and pay...

They didn't play the game volume because the staff wanted to listen to music. Staff did not want to go to our table and they gave us attitude because we requested the game volume on. I don't think this place should be called a "sports bar" when they play Taylor swift Instead of the game. The waitress spilled half my shot she was pouring and instead of refilling to the top or cleaning it, she told me to lick it off the table and left without adding the missing liquor, top shelf liquor. The waitress also said I was rude for asking for the bill when they turned off the game volume, there is nothing rude about asking for the bill because I want to hear the game. Will never...
