Village House of Roast Beef & Pizza — Restaurant in Dracut

Ordered from village house last night have cheese half pepperoni large pizza and a chicken finger dinner with curly fries. I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour and I said that would be fine. I gave myself phone number and asked that they call when they arrive as the doorbell doesn't work. About an hour and 15 minutes later I called and explained the food hadn't arrived and the man on the phone with attitude told me the driver had shown up 5 minutes earlier and nobody answered. He had the pizza delivery man come back about 5 minutes later and apparently he had the wrong phone number and normally that they had taken the credit card number down wrong which I also had to give the the delivery driver. By the time I open the pizza it was cold and soggy. And Fry's were so wet and soggy it was an edible by this time it was late and my fiance were starving so we ate what we could and threw away the rest. I was very disappointed not even an apology or an offers a remake the food and bring fresh food and considering somebody from this house orders at least twice a week I thought maybe we would get better service. I was on my way home from a buddies and saw the pizza sign at Village. Not sure if they had slices (i was in a bit of a rush) i went in and to my surprise they did. I say surprised because it was after lunch but before dinner time. Admittedly i prefer reheated pizza as opposed to freshly cooked and that's what i got. Truthfully one of the best slices i have ever eaten. The guys working were friendly, the slice and a can of pop was extremely affordable and the place, including what i could see of the kitchen was very clean. Revisit Aug 2021. Ordered pizza and wings for delivery. Everything was as ordered, here are some new pics. This is a great little Sub & Pizza shop right near the Dracut Post Office. The rice is right, the food is always good. The service is always top notch. I usually get take out but decided to eat in. The roast beef sub on both the roll and sub roll are very good.
