A very humble restaurant with superb food! My wife is Lao-Thai and subsequently it is always a roll of the dice when we stop for Thai food. It can result anywhere between a happy wife/happy life or complaints and regrets that she didn’t just do all the cooking for us. I’m happy to report that she was elated and said she thoroughly enjoyed her papaya salad. Very well balanced and full of flavor. My phad see ew was quite good as well and it was equally flavorful. If there was anything to improve upon it would be to add a bit more chili pepper to up the heat. I have no idea if the local palate appreciates the peppery spices of Southeast Asia but my time living in the company of black hair and broken English has developed an appreciation for the taste and sweat on my brow.
