Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dracut

On August 19th I called this Dunkins to find out if they were hiring and they absolutely were. I spoke with the manager and she told me the hours that were available, the exact hours that I needed is what she was looking for! Besides having positions available, her amazing energy was felt through the phone. I explained to her that my family and I are moving into a home maybe 2 minutes from this location so it really would be so perfect. She was so nice and told me to go in and fill out an application. That afternoon I went inside and was greeted by the sweetest, happiest, positive team member. I ordered my coffee and told her how her boss had advised me to fill out an application, she immediately became so proud and expressed to me how much she loves working there, how she loves the team she works with, how amazing the customers are and how she had an amazing kind hearted boss. I’ve worked at other Dunkins over the years and I’ve left a couple of the jobs because of hostile working environments, no teamwork, and bad treatment after just giving birth and returning to work 3 days after I left the hospital. Staff are nice enough & most days get Orders correct but...

Like today, sometimes they are more focused on their own conversation than their job - conversation doesn’t bother me as long as my order is correct - my order is very simple, Im a fairly regular customer & it was not busy when I went with only 1-2 customers including me (not busy times are only times I stop at this location)

I ordered tea with milk - I got black tea but didn’t notice until driving off - this meant I had to buy another at a different location paying twice - this pisses me off & is not the 1st time it’s happened at this location (it’s a running joke at other location where I go to re-order - I would go there everyday, but sometimes there’s a line so if there’s no line at this location closer to my home I stop to try to save time)

I work - I don’t have time to be checking my order or going back to fix errors - this DD is best for those having time & patience to...
