Frosty Boy — Restaurant in Dracut

I mistakenly picked the wrong flavor of ice cream; didn’t know green monster was mint flavor. I asked to change the ice cream after my son pointed out that it could be mint flavored; knowing I don’t like that flavor. So I tried the ice-cream in front of the lady (she was working around 530ish). With her Her hearing the conversation I believe she should’ve confirmed and let me know that it was mint before trying it. Honestly she had time to tell me that it was mint. When I tried it I obviously didn’t like it (I’m pregnant btw) and asked to exchange it but as I was asking I did put the spoon back into the ice-cream (again this all happened right in front of her before I paid) she said she couldn’t take it back and still had to pay (when realistically if I hadn’t tried it and noticed it was mint she would had to throw it away anyways. Unless she was planning on giving it away to another customer or was planning on putting it back into the ice-cream bucket after I had held it🤮) I paid of course because I was with my kids and I didn’t want to get out of character but never got a different ice-cream or anything! I honestly thought it was me; maybe she didn’t like me or maybe I was taking too long to order because my kids were being indecisive on what to pick or because of the flavor mistake. However that was not the case.. another customer came with a group; sat next to my group after ordering (the group had about 10 people) complaining.. They told us that the lady was very rude to them and then they asked us if she was being rude to us. Of course I said yes but then they told us that the lady seemed upset that they were ordering for about 10 people (maybe she thought it was too much for one order which shouldn’t matter because they could’ve ordered individually and it would’ve still been the same amount of ice-cream to hand out) And I guess when it was time to give the change back she had threw the change at the customer. Honestly that’s Really unprofessional ! & just hearing the group talk about what she did to them made me write...

Frosty boy is definitely one of my favorite places in the area to get ice cream. I havnt tried too many different flavors because I typically get the same thing everytime I go. I love the cotton candy flavor burst soft serve. It's so delicious I literally want to bathe in it every time I take my first bite. I've been coming here for years and have never had a negative experience. All the staff are sweet and friendly. Just a heads up, they only take cash, no credit or debit accepted. However, there is a bank across the street if you don't have cash on hand, it's so worth it. I already can't wait to go back. Thank you frosty boy for always...

The got a great flavor you know, the chocolate chip cookie dough. Reminds me of when I was a boy. My father told me stories of the dragon man . The dragon man sees all in the land and he wants to eat the king. He’s a big beast, so horrifying he makes grown men weep. The dragon man is cruel. But really, he just wants to be be loved.
