The MOST incompetent restaurant around. Every time I order here if it’s delivery my order is messed up and it takes over an hour to get to me. The food is good but the staff they have working now can not for the life of them get an order correct. If you choose to eat here don’t get it delivered. I work in a hot garage all day I ordered chicken tenders with ranch that was extra and zucchini strips with marinara. I only received dry chicken tenders no zucchini and no dips. They told me they only have one driver so if I would want the rest of my lunch I would have to wait an undisclosed amount of time to receive my lunch. I’m at work I can’t take 2 lunches because I only got to eat half of my food for my “first lunch break” LOL! asked me if I wanted to wait or get a credit for the missing items. I need a complete refund not a credit which they agreed to give me. I will not be ordering again. Btw I’m ordering from a garage with 15 guys we spend a lot here it’s a shame the new workers are running it down and turning it into a bad name. Pasquale's it...

I have never had a problem at this location until tonight. I had ordered delivery through the online ordering tool as I have done in the past. Immediately my card was charged the $41.60 and I was directed to the order tracker. My order was supposed to arrive by 840pm that night. I watched the online tracker for over an hour and it was still saying “order is being made” after the delivery time had passed. So I called 6 times with no answer, until my husband went directly to their location. When he got there, the doors were locked and the place was shut down. Needless to say, we never got our food and they still got my money. This is horrible business practices and shouldn’t happen if you are running it right.

They had no problem immediately taking my money but couldn’t answer their phones. The place was supposed to be open until 9pm. If you are closing, they why didn’t you shut down your online ordering service? Many other places do to prevent things like this happening. I will be calling tomorrow to...

This was one of my favorite places to order from. Unfortunately the service I received today changed that. I only received part of my delivery order. I had called to let them know that not only were drinks were missing, but I also didn’t get a salad or the celery and ranch for the chicken I ordered. I had to call back, because I had got hung up on. The person that answered the phone seemed upset and frustrated before I even explained the reason for my calling (Why I’m writing this and do not want to call back). They said that my missing items would be in the way. I did receive them, however the salad that was not suppose to have cheese did have cheese on it and there was no salad dressing. I’m allergic to cheese, therefore I can’t even eat the salad now anyway. I was also informed that they were out of ranch and celery after the fact. It’s very unfortunate that this happened especially to someone that has been a loyal customer. For a 50$ order from a local restaurant, this experience was...
