No Stars. This is my first time and last time visiting this practice. I went 4 weeks ago. When I arrived the waiting room was packed. In my head I was thinking oh wow this place must be good. Well waiting for almost 40 mins until I got seen. They took me back and the hygentist was cleaning my teeth, taking xrays, the normal procedures for 1st time patient. After she did her thing, I sat for another 30 mins until the Dentist. I asked them how many dentist are working here and she said 3. I only seen 1 older guy going back and forth-which was the Dentist. They told me I have cavities and I needed a root canal (which I already knew about). They were looking to see how much was covered and how much I would owe. Sat in the chair for another 10-15 mins, for them to come back and say they can't find the information and they would call me back to let me know how much I would owe. Well its been 4 weeks and nothing. I would of called to follow up but with the bad experience this just showed me that this is not the place to get my teeth fixed. They had at least 4 girls working in the billing/reception area. You can't tell me one of them couldn't pick up the phone and let me know what was going on?

Please Please Please....do not waste your time. Makes me wander if anyone even know what they are...

Please do not go here. Very unprofessional. The front desk staff were on their phones, rude, and unprofessional. One lady had very long nails, and a belly shirt under her scrubs, constantly on her phone. The medical assistant or the hygienist because she didn’t introduce herself was VERY rough, made my gums bleed really bad, and the equipment doesn’t even look clean or could be outdated. I went to a different dentist office where they were MUCH more gentle, and better updated equipment. This place was horrible. The X-ray machine looks super old. Very small office. The doctor look very unprofessional and seem disengage. I don’t even remember him watching his hands. They didn’t know if my insurance would cover anything and was trying to charge me and scam me, I am not stupid nor was I born yesterday and told me they would call me. Never did. Thank God I found a wayyyyy better dentist and my insurance covers all what I need. Very small parking lot. After my first and only appointment I would never be back again. I will never refer anybody to this dump. Don’t go here. Call your insurance company to see about other offices that are better in your area. If I could give no...

This place should not even have a license to practice medicine I went there for help they could not work on tooth because of it being inflamed they refuse to give you anything for pain they have no compassion for the pain a patient is in they want me to come back four days later an just suffer they did not write prescriptions for antibiotics proper so after sitting in my car for a hour in the cold in pain pharmacist says we can't fill these they won't answer phone I call them they have absolutely nothing to say bout their mistakes they made because what can they say they are wrong never called to try an fix it never called to apologize or try to make their mistake right my whole face is swelled now I'm in worse shape now I'm heading to Emergency room I'm expecting more help from them then the dentist they just worried on how much they can bill insurance company they should be ashamed of themselves an not be alot to call themselves Dr. Coz they ain't about...
