Hardee’s — Restaurant in Dublin

Ordered a small chicken strip combo with honey mustard dip and some Pickles on the side. Canceled the Pickles because there was a charge for them, although when I received the order there were 3 dipping sauce cups in the bag and for a small 5 pice combo that is an abundance of sauce. The chicken strips are quite small and would probably be the amount my 9 year old would have eaten. One cup of dipping sauce would have been more that enough, bit I was given 3 with no extra charge, yet was being charged for PICKLES. (I DIDN'T ASK FOR AN ENTIRE BOWL OR CUP OF PICKLES, but a "few" on the side. Pickles SHOULD NOT BE an extra charge if I ask for a "few". They are a condiments. That is like charging for a complementary cup of water. RIDICULOUS! I will stick to Wendy's or McDonald's. They don't charge for a few...

I arrived at Hardee's and walked right up to the counter. I stood there for about 10 minutes or so. A line of about 8 people had formed behind me. I saw 3 employees working. 1 drive thru, 2 cooking. One of which was supposed to be the shift manager and also who was working the front counter. There was also another employee walking around the outside of the building smoking cigarettes. The shift manager and the other man served up several orders for the drive-thru. He suddenly came out ino the front and said he'd had enough. "I'm shutting down the lobby. If you haven't ordered, you have to leave." He didn't give a reason, and he was very rude. He held the door as we left the store, and he locked the door behind us. He couldn't handle his job. I didn't catch his name due to no name tag. How convient?...

they were missing things in my order they also had my dasher waiting extra time and then my dasher was kind enough to go back to the place and get what was missing and then when the 2 drinks i had gotten delivered got here they were disgusting i got 2 large sweet teas and they taste like water i also asked for my other 2 drinks to have no ice and they both have ice and they were watered down and if yall have a doordash order maybe wait until like 2 minutes before the order is ready to go before you make milkshakes because if you have them done as soon as an order is placed they will be completely liquid by the time they get to the person i know yall were probably busy but that’s no excuse for all the problems with my order i’ve worked there before and no one ever messed...
