Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Dubuque

We ordered and got our food promptly, and then I had to wait over 15 minutes for my northern light latte and had to actually remind them for it. Coffee is boiling but the food was lukewarm, so obviously cold by the time I got my coffee. I dont know how scheduling works or if someone called in, but you definitely need more than 2 people around 730 AM because I am sure I got forgotten due to the lines. Maybe I'll try the one in CR as I dont visit Dubuque often, but I get more food on my bagel and quicker service at Breuggers for less money. This is on a college campus and was pretty busy. The people behind the counter were efficient. The food was good. Because this is on a college campus, I couldn't use my Einstein gift card. That's the only reason I went there. They don't take coupons either. They only accept Loras College gift cards. It doesn't make sense to use everything else of Einstein's but not their currency.
