The manager Rosmi is extremely rude and kept lying about things she said. Agreed to give me a refund and when 2 weeks went by without a refund I contacted them again to which the general manager spoke to me and said rosmi would contact me that following Monday. She never contacted me and I finally was able to get ahold of her on Wednesday (because they NEVER answer the phone) to which she argued on the phone and proceeded to hang up on me. I’ve been coming to this location for years and this was the first time I had a complaint to the point I wanted a refund. As long as you don’t need a refund for anything you’ll be fine! i am pretty down bad for subway! i spend maybe 20 bucks per week here and i don't regret it!!! yes i may be scared to check my bank account and audibly gulp every time i order and it takes a bit longer than usual, yes i will probably overdraft my bank account because of subway, but thats okay!!! also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GIVE MADISON A RAISE. 6/8/24 They had limited items. Only one employee inside and she looked upset. She said she could only make sandwiches that had ham, turkey, or salami.
2/16/23 it's nearly 9am on a Thursday. The place should be open. But the front door is locked and the staff are avoiding eye contact inside, trying not to notice me knocking. What's happening?
4/20/22 - Small wait for service. Lady behind the counter clearly looked sick and was wiping her nose on her forearm while making sandwiches. It took her 22 minutes to make a meatball sandwich. I would have overlooked being sick and lengthy wait, but I asked for a receipt and upon inspecting the system involuntarily gave them a $1.09 tip. I would like to get that resolved thank you.
