Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dubuque

The food is Taco Bell. However, the staff there truly believe in working what you are worth. Then if they are paid minimum wage, then that’s the only reason I can think of for the slow orders during the day. But the mornings are the worst time. Just today, I sat in front of their window after not getting acknowledged at the speaker for five minutes, then finally noticed after sitting for twenty. The response sounded more protocol than genuine, with “the speaker was off”. It also looks like management hasn’t encouraged staff to watch out for things like that. I know stuff happens, but I may as well order from DoorDash, because at least DoorDash will let you know it’s going to take forty minutes, instead of finding out the wait time the hard way. will never go to this taco bell again was there about 11:45 pm on Thursday June 9th. ordered a beef chalupa. total was 4.38. gave the cashier 5.38. so she gives me my bag but no change. I’ve been a long time fan of Taco Bell, but they’re really going down hill. For the past year, they have shorted me on items I’ve paid for. I either call or i circle back through the drive through to get what I ordered. I’m sorry but I shouldn’t have to do that. I’m paying for a service and for the food, I shouldn’t have to double check. I’m just over it and it’s disappointing to come home and see that I’m short sauces that I paid for or burritos that I paid for. I understand it’s just a fast food job, but seriously?
