Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dudley

This Dunkin Donuts is situated in Dudley, MA and happens to be conveniently located along my interstate travel route when visiting some family, so I visit occasionally but not daily. My recent visit was a rest stop during such travels.

The food at this restaurant is the great Dunkin treats found at all their locations. I purchased a dozen doughnuts as a hostess gift and juice for myself. They were a big hit for a morning arrival.

My visit was around 7 AM on a Saturday. There were other patrons but it was not too busy. The worker helped me promptly. I was somewhat surprised that at such an early hour many of the doughnuts seemed depleted to about half a tray. Nevertheless there were enough variety for a good selection of my dozen mix. I would prefer orange juice but the available choices were apple juice and a few sodas. I had apple juice instead which was fine.

The restaurant has a nice seating area under a tinted greenhouse, as well as seating in the main room. This time I opted to enjoy my snack to go, but I do like the seating area in the sun room. It is clean, pleasantly bright and spacious.

For the warmer weather there are picnic tables outdoors. I spotted a few to the right of the entrance which is convenient to the door. There are some more towards the back on the grass for a more private setting.

I visited the women's restroom. There is one room for men and one for women. The sink and toilet are within the room. It was reasonably clean, but a bit damp on the floor. They provided soap and a blow dryer. The room was large enough to take a baby stroller. The setup lacks recognition of gender diversity but could be considered a single all gender restroom. It provides the needed facilities for your rest stop.

I do not know why I continue to go to this Dunkins, maybe because it is so close to my home and school, but from now on I will take the extra 10 minutes to drive to Dippin Donuts because I have never in my many times at this Dunkin's, have had a good experience. I leave the drive thru every time angry and frustrated and hate starting my day with them. Reasons why: When I go to the drive thru, I expect to place my order and go to the window, pay for my items and be on my way, fast hence the drive thru, but instead I am there for several minutes every time even if I am the only customer in line After having to repeat myself several times at the ordering screen, because they can never get my order the first time, they inform me they got my order but when I have to pull up to the window they ask me AGAIN for my order. Please pay attention. This is your job 3.If you charge me for my items and then ask me what was my order, that makes me wonder what I was really charged for Overall I have never had a good experience and unless you like leaving with nothing but a headache i would never suggest...

came through the drive thru with a friend, ordered my normal coffee (that i get 2x daily with no problems at a different dunkin’!) as well as a bagel & a frozen coffee, and was refused my coffee order despite making it clear to the woman taking my order that i wasn’t gonna budge two separate times. when i got to the window after convincing them to allow me to purchase my beverage, they had to take my order AGAIN and somehow i still drove off missing an espresso shot & a frozen coffee. this dunks absolutely blows and, after i go back tomorrow to get a refund, i will literally never set foot in this place again — would honestly rather drive the hour out to the dunks by my job than swing by this one 10 minutes away from my house simply because i know they will make my order and make it correctly...
