The staff’s customer service attitude “seems” to have improved since last year!

An year ago it was horrible 😳 Made me wait 10-15min for a coffee for an in person order, while they were exchanging gossips 🙄

Update; Customer service has improved massively and the staff are courteous and prompt!

My gripe is with The franchise. They discontinued the Salmon 🍣 bagel here or maybe it’s everywhere. 😟 This is ma go to caribou.

I feel terrible but I won't go back. I have visited this site many times, felt welcome, could always buy the bagles I wanted. I went yesterday (10/10/20). Very few bagles left, and doughnuts? At a bagel shop? I moved here from NY. I repeat doughnuts at a bagel shop? I passed by Panera's to go there. Never again. This IMO is the worst local Caribou location in the area. The service always feels either super intense and highly caffeinated or just plan entitled and snotty. Perhaps my biggest pet peeves are the fact they refused my request for a larger water, are stingy on giving napkins if they bother to give any at all and worst of all make the customers hold their heavy card reader in their cars with them in the drive thru!
