Chicken sandwich? FANTASTIC. So good. Dr Pepper bbq was good too but felt like $1 for that tiny cup was overpriced. Stay AWAY from the mini raspberry chimichanga. First off all tiny, secondly it was disgusting. I understand trying to make a menu item to help use up the tortillas from the wraps and the raspberry & cheesecake filling from the shakes, food wastage and food costs are hard to work with. But that dawn cheesecake filling (baker here, 90% sure that’s what it is) and the godawful dawn raspberry filling are horrendous. The cheesecake part solidified like a thick gelatin after being deep fried and had a horrible after taste. Plus that tiny dog poop sized dessert was $3.50. What is this, the state fair?

I rarely ever leave reviews that are not 5 stars, however, what my wife and I experienced today was unacceptable. First, I should start off by saying the food was really good...except for the metal staple my wife found in her meal. This is a big deal since she could have cut her throat, or experienced a number of other issues if she had swallowed it.

A worker was nearby us and I kindly pulled them aside and we showed them what my wife had found. They didn't handle it well for us and they didn't realize the potential harm this could have caused my wife. Unfortunately, this was the manager we were speaking with. Hopefully, they can remedy their process in the kitchen to avoid anything like this happening to anyone else.

THIS IS IT. Finally made it over to the west end of town to try it out after a lot of anticipation. Chicken and What did not disappoint. I got the Cluckin' Dillicious and was in heaven. Chicken is crazy crispy with a very generous portion and I also really enjoyed the beef fat fries. My husband got the Nashville Hot and was also very pleased (although I think he had already been in TWICE that week). We took ours to go over to Bent Paddle Brewing and even though CaW was very busy we were out the door within 10 minutes. The place is set-up in a fast food format, but don't mistake the layout or pricing for fast food quality. I'm embarrassed that Duluth celebrated the opening of Chik-Fil-A with crazy lines and so much anticipation as it does not hold a candle to Chicken and What. Highly...
