I've been In there several times and was quite happy with everything.. Today, I visited for a drink with my best friend. The young blonde tattooed bartender Bethany told (what she thought was a joke) about me being RETARDED. As a former volunteer and advocate for Special Olympics of Minnesota, that is OVERTLY OFFENSIVE. Then, gave a recommendation to go to the Rustic Bar. What kind of customer service is that?? Also, she was obviously drunk. Our friends Chase and Chad work (or have worked) there.. they can "vouch" for us... We spend good money!

Really cool small bar. Atmosphere is really nice and the window was open which added to the experience. I saw someone had a dog on the deck so I assume it is pet friendly as well which is a bonus for me. The beers they had on tap were great and so was the Moscow Mule. Staff was very friendly and prompt. My only advice is to enter from the Grand Ave side and not going through old K-marts parking lot as that is a minefield of...

This place is awesome! They opened early for the 8:30am Vikings game, and welcomed us when we came in. Everyone was super friendly, offered us free football snacks and even had vegetarian queso for my wife as she doesn't eat meat! To top it off, we won twice on their raffle at the end of every quarter of the game! We will make a point to come visit every time we are in Duluth...
