L & M Bar & Grill & Patio — Restaurant in Dundas

After watching a lacrosse game in Northfield we looked for a bar and grill to check out. We ended up in Dundas at L & M Bar Grill and Patio. The result was a small but wonderfully quaint place. We were greeted by a friendly bartender named Dan that took our drink orders. We ordered dinner: a bacon cheeseburger and potato wedges. The result was one of the most memorable dinners I have had. If you want the perfect hamburger I suggest you go see Dan up in Dundas. Dan says you need to come for breakfast. We most certainly will! When they bring your check they have a big candy dish they sit on your table. Such a simple gesture, but so effective. Inexpensive food that is fantastic! A+ experience!...

The hollandaise sauce on my eggs benedict was broken and very thick, and the English muffin was soggy, not toasted. The hash browns were tasteless. One of the best things about small kitchens is the nice seasoned griddle that never gets cleaned, however, the pancake had bits of onion stuck to it. Pancakes shouldn't taste like onions. They were also somewhat grainy. The bacon was tough and chewy. The service was good but we waited far too long for our food. They allow smoking on their beautiful patio, which makes it far less charming than it could be. All the flies out there were very annoying as well. Considering all the great reviews maybe it was...

I was so excited to check this place put because of the reviews and the patio pictures.

Upon arrival there was a party of 10 or so that looked like they just got there so after waiting on the patio for about 10 minutes we decided to move inside to get service.

Who ever the lady was working on Monday 5-15-23 made out experience absolutely regretful. We decided to leave right before she came over and took our order, keeping us norally stuck there.

The entire time we were there this lady complained, cussed, made excuses, bashed her patio clientele, etc. This lady sibgle-handidly made this experience awful and I feel bad for the folks who have to...
