I am aware that people make mistakes. At the end of the day as a customer, I expect an apology and the wrong made right. 2. I am not employed by dominos. I gave my address. The employee said they'd deliver it in n 45 min. 1 hour 15 min later he arrives 0.5 Miles from the casino hotel where they delivered to us last time. No apology. Half the order was left at the store. The alfredo pasta had bacon and jalapeno in the pasta pan. Eventhough I tipped the guy 5.00, he never returned as promised. 2 hours later I called the store. The manager could only respond with we don't deliver to your area. I said but you did and you took my money and your driver never returned with the missing food. He keeps saying we don't deliver to your area. We have a 5.0 mile radius limit. I'm 0.5 miles further and they forgot a pasta bowl. And the other pasta bowl was wrong. Who puts jalapenos in chicken alfredo?? My daughter had an allergic reaction. We didnt even touch that part of this ordeal. I WAS HUNG UP ON BEFORE I HAD THE CHANCE. Perhaps THE BILL for a new epi pen to replace the one we used and some legal documents from our attorney would encourage DOMINOS TO REPLACE THE TERRIBLE manager AFTER CORPORATE ENCOURAGES HIM to NOT TALK OVER OR BLAME OR ARGUE with the customer and THEN HANG UP ON THEM. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY. THEY WENT ON TO HANG UP ON ME EVERYTIME I CALLED BACK OR THEY WOULD PUT ME ON HOLD WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. IT WAS DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND IMMATURE TO THE SAY THE LEAST. AS A NURSE WHO OFTEN TIMES IS SPOKEN TO IN A DEROGATORY FASHION BY PATIENTS, I ADMIT THAT I SHOW ALOT OF MERCY WHEN PEOPLE MAKE Mistakes. An apology goes a long way with me. I never got that. I video recorded every call I made where I was hung up on or put on hold. I also recorded the last conversation via video with the manager on speaker phone. In the video, you can witness him still blaming me for everything and telling me it was my fault he hung up on me because I should have stop talking and listened. (When he was the one interrupting me with every sentence I spoke, repeating, "we don't deliver to your area." This was a gold medal failure in customer service. Shame on them. Read moreI wouldn't not give them a single star if it wasn't for the fact you have to for the review {besides to the poor diver.} how do I begin with this place first I waited over an hour for my order my husband didn't get to eat because he had to go to work so now his food will sit cold for him till he gets home, then when they got here I didn't get my dads chicken salad so they had to bring that back up here, then when we got my dads salad it had no chicken they said I didn't order that when I did they put the order in wrong, I finally got to sit down and eat but my pizza was not only cold from the long wait but dry very dry {I know you have to order sauce with your pizza} which I did I ordered creamy garlic white sauce, but once again it was not on my order. So I call up there again and let them know hey my pizza is dry and my salad has no chicken {which we know is because they got the order wrong}, there response was why didn't you tell us about the pizza when you first called probably because I had to get my dads order so he can eat and I didn't know y'all did not get my sauce. All I wanted was my money back because I'm not eating the pizza, the salad got ate and everything else would be eaten but that pizza, but no they will give me store credit for a free pizza or they could make me another one but it would be an hour wait, so finally I said screw it and will never order from this domino's again. PS: Guys and girls if y'alls order is late or takes a long time don't blame the driver please do still tip him. He and whatever few drivers they have are over working themselves because they don't have enough drivers, to be the best employee you can be you have to have a good manager and they don't have one, they are under staffed this all falls on management besides my order being almost completely wrong that falls on the guy taking orders. Read moreLet's start with the fact that I live 15 miles from our dominos store in Durant, OK. I have ordered pizza from here for 20 years. I ordered one large pizza online and chose the pay with cc at store option. This is how I usually do it. However tonight I was informed upon arrival that they could not take my credit card because their machine was down. The CSR told me it had been down all day. The store manger then tried to tell me it had only been 30 minutes. (I guess lying is part of policy?). I went to my car and brought them a check because I could only dig up $3 in change in my car. They then told me that company policy prevented them from taking checks in my "area". (Translation: Other dominos stores take checks but evidently not the Durant store). I said okay but this is an unusual circumstance and it's not my fault your card reader isn't working. The manager then told me I could go to an ATM (by the way other side of town and seriously!?!?) I told the manager again that he can look me up on his system and see that I have never written a bad check. I'm a loyal customer or was I should say. So this boils down to I had to leave my $8 pizza there. I had my daughter to pick up and not enough time to drive across town. Not to mention hello I drove 15 miles for the pizza. This is bad business. I offered to write check and come back tomorrow and give my credit card even. No dice. I asked them why they didn't call me and let me know before I made the drive.
