Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Durham

Placed an order on line. After my wife called this Dominos to double check hours of operation for this location. Also to make sure the order if put in would be made. The person my wife talked with told her "open till 3am" and "thank you not a problem". So we put order thru. This was at about 150 am. As we are on our way to pick up the order. Someone calls us to inform us that the "team members" decided earlier in the shift today to just close at 2 am. Instead of the normal 3 am time they normally close up for business. To say the least very upset about this happening not only to us but to others who get pizza this time of day. They were rude to my wife over the phone. Not only rude but told her it was her fault and should've ordered earlier. Talk about unprofessional. I also consider this laziness. Yes laziness for not being able to finish off your shift. Also after sending this complaint. I'm sure that nothing will come of this. Nor will anything be done about this particular situation. However I hope it'll bring some type of attention to this problem. Have a solution for this so it doesn't happen again inthe future.Have some sort of contingency plan put in place to avoid this type of...

This location deserves a much higher rating than they currently have. Compared to the Dover location, this one in Durham is flawless. I wrote a review on Dover explaining my experiences with them, so if you want context for why I think the Durham Domino's is so much better, you can read that.

Bottom line, this location just makes better pizza. I haven't had to have a pizza remade once, and every one I get is consistently good. Right amount of sauce and cheese, the crust is clearly defined around the edge, the pizza itself is cut properly, they manage to keep the toppings on TOP of the cheese (something Dover struggles with), and the dough doesn't taste like it has sat out pre-tossed on a rack for 2 hours just waiting to be used.

This location also has friendlier employees, and offers plenty of parking and a dining area. It's also much closer to my house. The only reason I was choosing Dover over this location was because Dover's rating is considerably higher than here... but after multiple orders, I can say with 100% certainty that Durham's Domino's blows the one...

I had the pleasure of being helped by Anthony during my recent visit to Domino's, and I was genuinely impressed. Not only was he professional and courteous, but his energy and enthusiasm were contagious. You could tell he takes real pride in his work.

What really stood out was his incredible pizza-spinning skills! It’s not something you see every day, and Anthony made it look effortless—like a true artist at work. It was fun to watch and made the whole experience feel more personal and authentic. On top of that, the pizza turned out perfectly—crispy crust, evenly topped, and piping hot.
