The woman who claimed to be manager charge me for a combo in which I asked for but when I got my food and asked for my drink she said I had to pay. She could barely speak any English. So I walked out because I'm not going to pay for a drink that I've already gotten charged for. My receipt specifically charged me for the combo price on the menu board. And on top of that my food was cold even though I went at 7:30 in the morning I barely was able to eat any of it. Really disappointing. You should hire people who can speak English clearly. Especially if they're in a manager position. I tried calling the Hardee's corporate number but of course they want you to go online. So I went online and did it that way I highly doubt that I'm going to get my money back for the disgusting food and missing combo part. If I could give less than one star i would y'all need to fix this or hire more competent help that can run a drive thru better than this. Turns out as we got home to eat our food the food was cold and they got one of our drinks wrong and the milkshake tasted like spoiled milk!! They wanted to argue with us over that in the line they asked to see our receipt to see if we really did order a milkshake!! This is completely unacceptable!!

Came back again a few months later and the manager is the rudest person ever she handed us our food and walked off didn't say nothing about getting our drinks, we asked for mediums and she gave us small cups and coffee lids because they ran out.
