Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Durham

So I went there tonight October 27th 2020. They completely messed up and gave me the wrong order, They were out of a sauce I wanted for my chicken, They were out of ranch, They were out of coleslaw (They charged me for a coleslaw that they didn't have). When I bring it up to them they said "we will give you fries" I took the fries didn't really want fries and I probably would have never spent my money there if I would have read there sanitation grade before I paid. It was a 88.5 B grade for sanitation at this zaxby's. Update Feb 19, 2021. So I place my order I asked for the general tsu chicken and fries and two of the spicy chicken sandwiches the cashier tells me there's a seven minute wait on the chicken sandwiches I said I will wait. The line itself is moving pretty slow so I thought by the time we got to the window the sandwiches will be done but I was wrong she told me to park in the first parking space and someone would bring it out. I waited in that parking spot for 20 minutes and no one ever came out so I backed up back into the drive-thru blocking the car at the window to force someone to come outside because the doors were locked to the building so I couldn't go inside, Some employee comes outside and asked me "what am I waiting on?" I hand her my receipt and tell her to look how long ago I placed the order she starts apologizing and said she's going to bring my food out immediately. THEY LITERALLY FORGOT TO BRING ME MY FOOD. I truly don't know why I went back to this location I hadn't been back since the last review. I won't be going again. the Zaxby's on Hillsborough road is far superior to this one and I will take my money to that one. It sucks because it's a further destination than this one but it's literally self-fulfilling prophecy every time I go there for something to go...

Unacceptable! There was one person taking orders in Dine-in and there was one person, halfway running drive through and another person back-and-forth in and out of the area doing everything but assisting with getting orders expedited and sent out! They were leaving people sitting at the speaker in drive through for 10+ minutes, not greeting or taking the orders and leaving people waiting in the dining room to get their food for at least 10 minutes or more… And then coming to ask if we got our food! This is unacceptable because the assistant manager “T” was in the kitchen and not managing the business the way it should’ve been run! And then she had the audacity to ask somebody to give them a positive review because she knew that they don’t deserve one! I used to work at Zaxby’s and this is the worst service that I have ever seen! Just ridiculous! There are no drinks in the dining room coke machine which forces us to have to wait until somebody can make your drink from behind the counter! They need new management and new workers because they are doing everything but providing good customer service! Literally had to sit in the drive through for almost 10 minutes just to come inside and have to stay in there for at least another 15 to 20 minutes for takeout waiting to get my food and didn’t even get what my order right!!! We did curbside pickup. App ordering wasn’t a bad experience at all, at first. We got there, parked in one of the pickup spots, and let them know through the website that we were there and what spot. 2 people got there after us, got their food, and left. We tried calling the number posted on Google, their website, and the sign in front of us as an alternate way to let them know we were there but the number was out of service. We went inside and our order had just been sitting there on the counter, they hadn’t been paying attention. No apology just handed us the bag and went on their way.

Our loaded fries were soggy by the time we got them late. Our order included chicken strips that came with 2 sauces and we ordered 2 more (4 total) and we received 0. My texas toast was supposed to have stuff on it and it did not. My salad, the only thing that was correct, wasn’t anything that would improve the food rating or overall experience.
