McDonald's — Restaurant in Dwight

Greece is back and I'm not talking about the show. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder there was so much grease it pooled the bottom of the container the burger was sitting in. I took it out of the container and put it on the bag the bag drank up more of the oil then became un-usable as a caring vessel again. Before I could enjoy this delicacy I needed to walk around to find a clean table there was not a clean table in the entire restaurant. Absolutely filthy every single table had remnants of old food particles Straw wrappers and more things like that. The floor was covered in food wrappers and food particles. There was even a ziti noodle in the soda dispenser return hole absolutely filthy. I almost wanted to walk to the back of the building in the kitchen.I'm sure it wasn't half as clean.

I went back for a late dinner Chicken McNugget how can you mess that up? This place can they took old chicken McNuggets and refried them to be hot I did not hand pick this place but it has got to be the number one worst McDonald's I've ever been to Old oil and refried the chicken McNuggets you can tell their refried that's easy enough then you look at the chicken meat in quotation marks and it's greenish around the edges I have I found the worst McDonald's I have ever been to if you value your health and your money I suggest not going...

I’m impressed! I’ve rarely left reviews for McDonald’s and other fast food restaurant like it, but today I’d like to write about a service quality that was above and beyond expectation. Normally at McDonald’s you get the typical “I’m just here for a check” employees and that’s what you usually expect from McDonald’s. This means as customers, we’re used to seeing low enthusiasm and low drive. This was not the case today at this location. The young lady today 4/29/24 2:50 pm blue sweatshirt that took my order was as sweet as can be, and as enthusiastic as can be. Extremely articulate and professional, so much so that it caught me off guard and I had to double check to make sure I was actually at a McDonald’s. Way to be above and beyond! I’d normally write about the food too but let’s be honest, we all know what McDonald’s tastes like. From a business/upper mgt/HQ perspective, if you guys put that young lady in a position where she could train and quality control other staff at other/all locations, you’d completely change the brand image of McDonald’s for the better. And no, I did not know that young lady before our 1 time professional interaction nor did she tell me to write this review or say that, just putting it out there haha. Keep up...

Never met such a rude women in my life working the drive through. It was at 10:30 am on July 21st Very disrespectful employee. After being treated with such disrespect we decided not to spend money at this establishment, so we cancelled the order... Too bad for them because we had a good size order. She acted like she didn't even want to work in the first place and was extreamly sarcastic and unhelpful. Refusing to help us find the items on the menu we were searching for and telling us to read it.. wow. I guess these days it is not possible to find EMPLOYEES greatful to have a job that can be kind to paying customers.....after all we are the ones that pay her paycheck. After everything, I'm not a mc Donald's fan at all,. However we left and the staff at the mc Donald's right next door was so very kind and happy to help us find and create the meal we were looking for. Oh yeah ......

1 star only because taco Bell sadly can not afford 0 stars they are barely hanging on as it is and with employees like that they will drown fast with today's competition. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY HERE TO BE TREATED...
