Subway — Restaurant in Dyer

Very poor service here. I've been going here for years. I will NOT be going here again. Ordered online. Walked in to pick up my order, as I always do. The woman was very rude, said in a very hostile voice, you can't come in here without a mask. I said, I'm just picking my order up my order. I need a mask for that? Very snotty, she said, you can't come in without a mask. I said fine, I got a mask out of my purse, asked for my order, she asked for my name, I gave it to her, now she acted like she couldn't hear me, so she asked again, what's your name? I said it really loud so I wouldn't need to repeat it a third time, then she's like you don't have to get an attitude with me. I said I don't have an attitude, you're the one with the attitude as soon as I walked in. VERY IGNORANT!! After years of buying subs here, I will NEVER buy another...

Absolutely the worst Subway. The moment I walked in, I knew it was about to go down. I was greeted with, "Do you have a pick up order?" "No, I do not." The eyes rolled, and the employee did not stop what she was doing. I waited at least 5 minutes till she was done, then casually walked her way to the take my order. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch. The employee wasn't paying attention and forgot to put bacon on the sandwich. I knew why she wasn't able to take my order she had air pods in at work. Looks professional enough. Finally, get to the register, and they charge me extra for the bacon. I protested and said, "Bacon comes with the sandwhich, so why am I getting charged?" Eyes roll again...needless to say never going back. I would recommend...

I ordered a #1 Philly, which I get all the time at Subway, but this location really disappointed me. The portion size was noticeably smaller compared to other Subways I’ve been to. On top of that, when they cut my sandwich, they used a dirty knife from a tray that also had clean ones—which is completely unacceptable.

The customer service was also lacking. There was little to no interaction, and the checkout experience felt rushed and unfriendly. They also didn’t even have proper Subway bags, just handed me my food in a plain plastic thank-you bag, which felt unprofessional.

Overall, the quality, cleanliness, and service at this location were poor. I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend saving yourself the trouble and going to a...
