Eco Chic Boutique — Local services in Dyer

So i came into the store 8/4/19 Sunday. I brought my girlfriend in to look at some of their sale items,seeing this was the last day for the 20% off. While in the store i found a pair of flip flop sandles which had colorful beading. The price would have been $14 but i notice when trying them on the strap was broke. I asked the sale clerk could she take the price down. She then went and asked the owner she said they could be repaired with glue. So i told her i would take them off her hand for $10 which i thought was a fair price for some slightly used shoes. The owner told her to tell me no! she was gonna send them back to owner. Bad,Bad,Bad, Business!!! Ive patronized this establishment since she has been open. Ive recommended and brought in several of my family members as well as friends. Whom i should say all have bought stuff. I bought a scarf and used my 25% off. Because this is and was my last visit. I will not spend my money with people who are no willing to be fair. FYI you need to let your sales clerk know she need not watch our every move like were gonna steal. Love, Love Love this shop! If you didn't know it was a consignment store you would seriously think it was a high-end boutique. I have never been in a resale shop that was as elegant as this one. From the hangers to the dressing rooms...everything is beautiful. I don't feel like I have to search to find good quality items because everything is good quality! I needed a dress for a summer wedding and found just what I was looking for! The staff was soooo helpful and didn't give up until I felt 100% comfortable with what I was getting. This place is great , you will not walk out empty handed!! I always find quality designer brands(some that aren’t even found around here) that are like new , and Eco Chic also has a line of new boutique clothing and accessories too! The owner and staff are friendly, make you feel comfortable, and go out of their way for you. They have also simplified the process of consigning your items. Leaving you with a sweet store credit ,or you can take a pay out. Great way to repurpose our wardrobe together. Please stop in, check them out, and spread the word!!!!!! Very cool place!...
