I recently had a highly disappointing experience at one of your Subway locations during my husband's lunch break. When we arrived, the cashier was unable to provide change, which required me to pay entirely with coins. Additionally, my husband’s teriyaki chicken sandwich contained a bone, which caused a serious choking hazard. When we brought this to the cashier’s attention, the only response we received was, “that’s how it comes,” without any apology or concern.
Furthermore, there was a leak in the store creating a slipping hazard, which added to the overall unsafe environment. Due to the bone incident, my husband discarded his sandwich out of concern for further issues, and I lost my appetite and also threw away my meal. This resulted in a frustrating and wasted lunch break.
I hope Subway takes these concerns seriously and improves both customer service and food safety standards to prevent similar experiences...
